Reservations:

“The following reservations shall be taken into consideration upon ratification of the United Nations Convention on International Settlement Agreements Resulting from Mediation:
a) Georgia declares that this Convention shall not apply to settlement agreements to which it is a party, or to which any governmental agencies or any person acting on behalf of governmental agency is a party;
b) Georgia hereby declares that this Convention shall apply only to the extent that the parties to the settlement agreement have agreed to the application of the Convention.”

Declarations:

“a) Regarding paragraph 2 of Article 25:
In accordance with Article 25, paragraph 2 of the Convention, Georgia accepts both means of dispute settlement referred to in this paragraph as compulsory in relation to any party accepting the one or both means of dispute settlements;
b) Regarding paragraph 5 of Article 30:
Georgia declares in accordance with Article 30, paragraph 5 of the Convention, that any amendments to [an] Annex to the Convention shall enter into the force for Georgia only upon the deposit of its instrument of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession with respect thereto;
c) Regarding the implementation of the Convention:
Georgia declares that the application of this Convention and its Annexes in relation to Georgia's regions of Abkhazia and Tskhinvali region/South Ossetia - occupied by the Russian Federation as a result of its illegal military aggression - shall commence once Georgia's de facto jurisdiction over the occupied territories is fully restored.”

Reservation:

“… the Government of Georgia makes reservation that it does not consider itself bound by article 23, paragraph 1 of the International Convention for the Suppression of Acts of Nuclear Terrorism to submit to arbitration disputes concerning the interpretation or application of the Convention at the request of one of the State Party. ... "

Reservation:

“In accordance with article 66, paragraph 3, Georgia excludes the arbitration proceedings provided for in article 66, paragraph 2.”

Declaration:

“… , in according with Article 3 (2) of the additional Protocol to the Convention on the Rights of the Child on the involvement of children in armed conflict [the] Government of Georgia declares that according to the legislation of Georgia the minimum age for the recruitment of a citizen of Georgia in the Armed Forces is clearly defined. According to the paragraph 2 of article 21 of Georgian Law on ‘Military Obligations and Military Service’, the decision concerning the recruitment of the citizens into the obligatory military service shall be made only upon they have reached 18 years of age.
According to the Georgian Law on ‘Military Obligation and Military Service’, for the recruitment in the capital of Georgia is established regional recruiting commission and on the local level – municipality commission. A citizen can appeal the decision of the recruiting commission in the central recruiting commission established by the decree of the President of Georgia or in the Court. In that case the decision of the recruiting commission will be suspended until the decision of the central recruiting commission is declared or Court’s decision enters into force (Article 184 of the Administrative Code of Georgia and article 29 of the Administrative Procedure Code of Georgia).
In case the essential violation of the human rights is caused by illegal recruitment, the action of the official or equivalent shall be qualified as an [excess] of authority and be subject of criminal responsibility (Article 333 of Criminal Code of Georgia).”

Declaration:

“In accordance with article 2.2, Georgia declares, that while applying this Convention, treaties to which Georgia is not contracting party shall not be considered as included in the annex to this Convention.”

Declaration:

"The Republic of Georgia will use both means for dispute settlement referred to in the Convention:
1. Arbitral consideration in accordance with the procedure given in the enclosure II, Part I.
2. Submitting of disputes to the International Court."

“The Government of Georgia reserves its right to use measures to be applied during the tolerance period with respect to the implementation of digital tachograph by the Contracting Parties to the European Agreement Concerning the Work of Crews of Vehicles Engaged in International Road Transport (AETR) of 1 July 1970, during the two years period after Georgia’s accession to the AETR agreement.”

Declaration:

“… Georgia formally confirms the accession to the Convention and in accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 8 of the Convention declares:
- Georgia retains the right to deprive the person of his nationality, that results in a loss of nationality (citizenship), as provided by the Organic Law of Georgia on the Citizenship of Georgia;
- The entry into force of the UN Convention on the Reduction of Statelessness of 30 August 1961 for Georgia cannot be construed as recognition of citizenship granted by the Russian Federation in violation of international law and Georgian legislation to the population residing in the Georgian regions - Abkhazia and Tshkhinvali Region.”

“According to the paragraph 1, article 40 of the [...] Convention, before the full restoration of the territorial integrity of Georgia, this Convention is applicable only to the territory where the jurisdiction of Georgia is exercised.”
