Xiangfan Expressway Chapter 1 Introduction 1.1 Project Background The proposed Xiaogan-Xiangfan Expressway Project (the Project) lies on the central part of Hubei Province, the People' s Republic China (PRC). The overall orientation of the alignment corridor is in southeast-northwest direction. The alignment starts from Shengjiawan on its east end. which is the south of Xiaonan district of Xiaogan city and ends at Gaoying town of Xiangyang county some 244 km northwest of Xiaogan.
