I wish to advise you that due to a typographical error, the amount allocated to Category 6 in the table in paragraph 1 of Schedule 1 to the Loan Agreement is incorrect. The correct amount under this Category is US$15,000,000. All other amounts indicated in the table including the total amount of the Loan at US$250,000,000 were correctly printed and remain unchanged. Therefore, please substitute the correct table set forth in the attached Corrigendum to the table printed in paragraph lof Schedule 1 to the Loan Agreement.
