I am pleased to inform you that the Bank received the signed contract with the private operator and hereby agrees with your request to amend the Loan Agreement as follows: 1. The percentage to be financed under Category 1(b) for civil works under Part C of the Project (except Part C(4)) in the table in paragraph 1 of Schedule 1 to the Loan Agreement has been amended to read
