Washington, D.C. 20433 United States of America Re: INDIA: Interim Fund Credit No.N041-IN (Orissa Health Systems Development Project) Performance Monitoring Indicators Dear Sirs and Mesdames: This refers to paragraph 15 (a) of Schedule 2 to the Project Agreement of even date herewith between the International Development Association as Administrator of the interim trust fund established with funds contributed by certain members of International Development Association pursuant to Resolution No. IDA 184 of the Board of Governors of International Development Association, as amended (the Administrator) and State of Orissa (Orissa) for the Orissa Health Systems Development Project. Unless otherwise agreed with the Administrator, Orissa shall monitor and evaluate implementation of the Project in accordance with the Performance Monitoring Indicators attached to this letter. It is our understanding that in making the Interim Fund Credit, the Administrator relies on the statements set forth or referred to in this letter.
