We also refer to your letter dated December 21, 1999, and the Government of Orissa letter dated December 10, 1999, both requesting the Association to amend the Development Credit Agreement to support reconstruction of the areas affected by the recent cyclones in Orissa. We are pleased to inform you that the Association, after due consideration, has agreed to your request. Accordingly, the Development Credit Agreement is amended as follows: 1. In Section 1.02, new paragraphs (j), (k), (l) and (m) are added and read as follows:
