One signed copy and one certified conformed copy of the Loan Agreement between the Independent State of Papua New Guinea and the Bank; 2. One conformed copy of the Supplemental Letter Re: Section 9.02 of the General Conditions - Financial and Economic Data; 3 One copy of the General Conditions Applicable to Single Currency Loan and Guarantee Agreements for Single Currency Loans of the Bank, dated May 30, 1995; and 4. One copy of the Guidelines for Procurement under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits, dated January 1995. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 5.01 of the Loan Agreement, October 29, 1995 is the terminal date for effectiveness of the Loan Agreement.
