WHEREAS (A) the Borrower and the Association have entered into a Development Credit Agreement (Third Power Project) dated January 9, 1992 (the Development Credit Agreement) as amended from time to time for the purpose of assisting in the financing of the project described in Schedule 2 to the Development Credit Agreement (the Project); (B) Parts (A) and (B) of the Project are being carried out by Uganda Electricity Board (UEB) with the Borrower
