Newspapers to India Friday, April 21, 1961 The fourth meeting of the consortium of countries and institutions interested in development assistance to India will be convened by the World Bank in Washington on Tuesday, April 25. Previous meetings were held in August 1958, March 1959 and September 19W. In addition to the Bank, the meeting will be attended by representa- • tives of the Governments of Canada, Germany, Japan, the United Kingdom and the United states. The International Monetary Fund and the Governments of Austria and France will send observers. The meeting will be held in the Bank's office and is expected to last three days.
