Following the recent effectiveness of the OPEC and KfW cofinancing agreements, the Association hereby proposes to amend the disbursement table set forth in paragraph 1 of Schedule 1 to the Development Credit Agreement to read as set forth in the Annex to this letter. Please confirm your agreement with the amendments proposed above by signing the form of confirmation on the enclosed copy of this letter and returning it to us.
