Component 1: A disbursement (untied to DLIs) was scheduled for May 2013 for US$250,000; however, the withdrawal application has yet to be submitted due to staffing constraints in the Project Coordination Unit (PCU). This disbursement would be used to finance transfers made to beneficiaries under the SEED Programme. Component 2: A number of consultancies continue to be financed under component 2 including for the design and implementation of the IEC, the completion of Phase II of the Management Information System (MIS), and the design and application of a targeting tool.
