This brings to 27 the number of developing African countries which are members of IFC -- the World Bank affiliate that furthers economic development' 'by assisting the private enterprise sector. • The Articles of Agreement of IFC were signed in Washington by Dr. Abdoulaye Maikano, Minister of Planning and Territorial Development of Cameroon. The subscription of Cameroon to the capital stock of the Cor- poration is 111 shares with a total par value of $111,000, increasing IFC's total subscribed capital to $107,331,000 • •
