Procurement Methods and Prior Review Threshold: a) Goods estimated to cost US$300,000 or more per contract and works estimated to cost US$10,000,000 or more per contract will be procured following ICI3 procedures as per Section II of the Procurement Guidelines. Goods estimated to cost US$30,000 or more but less than US$300,000 per contract and works estimated to cost US$30,000 or more but less than US$10,000,000 per contract will be procured following NCB procedures in accordance with paragraph 3.3 and 3.4 of the Guidelines b) Goods and works estimated to cost less than US$30,000 per contract rriay be proc~iredfollowing Shopping procedures in accordance with paragraph 3.5 of the Guidelines  c) Goods and works estimated to cost less than US$1,000 and up to an aggregate value of US$2 million and the goods and works which meet the requirement of Paragraph 3.6 of the Bank Guidelines may be procured following Direct Contracting Procedures.
