Implementation of Procurement: Procurement activities will be carried out by two entities: (i) PCU for Component 1 (Institutional Support) and (ii) The General Directorate for Infrastructure and Basic Sanitation (DGISB) from the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transportation for Component 2 (Road construction and rehabilitation) Financing: the program will be funded by the Government of Cape Verde and IDA. The Millennium Challenge Corporation (USA) is expected to grant funding for additional parallel funded activities supporting the Government
