I submit the following report and recommendation on two proposed loans for water supply projects in Colombia, one in an amount equivalent to US$2 million to the Empresas Publicas Nlunicipales de Palmira (EPMP) and the other in an amount equivalent to US$88 million to Empresa de Acueducto y Alcantarillado de Bogota (EAAB).
