ENDORSES the proposed programne and tudget for 1961 as amended, to be implemented from the Regular fhdget of the World Health Drganizat,ion, the Expanded Programne of Technical Assistance funds and the Malaria Eradication Special Account; 2. N U E S w i t h satisfaction the emphasis given in the grogranme t o sustained development i n the f ields of education and training, malaria eradication, environmental sanitation, smallpox control and mental health; 3. REI'IERATES i t s belief i n the importance of inter-country co- operation in the control of disease and of corresponding projects serving t h i s plrpose; and 4.
