[Draft] Report on credentials 1. The Bureau of the Conference of the Parties examined the credentials delivered to the Secretariat in accordance with Rule 18 of the draft Rules of Procedure for the Conference of the Parties. 2. The credentials of the Representatives of the Parties shown in the Annex hereto were found to be in conformity with the draft Rules of Procedure. It is therefore proposed that the Conference of the Parties recognize their validity. 3. The Bureau examined notifications from the Parties listed below, which, while indicating the names of the Representatives of the Parties concerned, could not be considered as constituting formal credentials.
