Health administrations are reminded that under the provisions of Article 3 of the International Health Regulations they should notify the Organization within 24 hours of being informed that the first case of a disease subject to the Regulations has occurred in their territory. Il est rappelé aux administrations sanitaires qu’aux termes de l’article 3 du Règlement sanitaire international elles doivent adresser une notification à l’Organisation dans les 24 heures, dès qu’elles sont informées qu’un premier cas d’une maladie soumise au Règlement a été signalé dans une zone de leur ressort. Dans les 24 heures qui suivent, elles adressent notification de la zone infectée si elle n’a pas encore été communiquée. 423
