DECISION FCTC/COP5(24) Date and place of the sixth session of the Conference of the Parties to the WHO Framework Convention on Tobacco Control
The Conference of the Parties, in accordance with Rules 3 and 4 of its Rules of Procedure, DECIDES: (1) to accept the offer of the Russian Federation to host its sixth session in 2014 in Moscow, Russian Federation, subject to the conclusion of an appropriate host agreement between the Russian Federation and the Convention Secretariat; (2) the exact venue and dates will be decided by the Bureau of the Conference of the Parties after receiving confirmation by the Convention Secretariat of the conclusion of a host agreement.
