The Insritution will be responsible for srvift clearance of these -qoods on arrival . The equipmenr and supplies furnished by WHO under this agreement will be handed over to the llstitution upon arrival at the port of entry in the country, against appropriate receipts. 2.3. Audit of accounts WHO will retain funds for financial audit of the Project and shall have the right to inspect the accounts ar an), rime by '*,ay of its internal auditors, its external audttors or other auditors contracted for the purpose. - The auditors shall have the right to inspect all transactions pertaining to the Projects between the Instirution's bank account and acrual payments for goods and services and to examine supporting documentation and relevanr accounting enrries in the Instirution's books. In order to facilitate such reporting and audit, the Institution shall ensure rhat accurate and systematic accounts are kept in respect of the funded activities 3. Contribution the Institution For irs parr. rhe Instirution, in agreement with irs own Government, shall provrde all the inputs required from the Government, the NGDO's and other partners, including all the staff necessary for the execurion of the Project in accordance rvith this Agreement and as set forth in the Memorandum and in the approted Protect proposal. 4 Period covered this Asreement Thrs Agreement covers a period of 12 months from ln Januarl- to 3lst December 2007. 5.
