Participation of nongovernmental organizations in official relations with WHO in the Open-ended Intergovernmental Working Group on the WHO Framework Convention on Tobacco Control 1. The second session of the Open-ended Intergovernmental Working Group on the WHO Framework Convention on Tobacco Control will be held in the Executive Board room at WHO headquarters from Monday, 31 January 2005 to Friday, 4 February 2005. 2. The facilities available to nongovernmental organizations during this session are, mutatis mutandis, those provided for the first session. Information on such arrangements is contained in document A/FCTC/IGWG/1/DIV/3, communicated to nongovernmental organizations on 28 May 2004.
