THANKS H.E. Dr C.P. Thakur, Union Minister for Health and Family Welfare, Government of India, for inaugurating the session and for his thought-provoking speech; 3. THANKS the WHO Director-General, Dr Gro Harlem Brundtland, for her inspiring address, and 4.
