Health administrations are reminded that under the provisions of Article 3 of the International Health Regulations they should notify the Organization by telegram, fax or telex within 24 tours of being informed that the first case of a disease subject to the Regulations has occurred in their territory, The infected area should be notified within the subsequent 24 hours if not already communicated In addition, they should notify the Organization by telegram, fox or telex within 24 hours of being informed of an imported or transferred cose of such o disease into o non-mfected area including all information available on the origin of infection.
Il est rappelé aux administrations sanitaires qu'aux termes de l'article 3 du Règlement sanitaire international elles doivent adresser une notification à l'Organisation par télé gramme, fax ou par télex ions les 24 heures, dès qu'elles sont informées qu'un premier cas d'une maladie soumise ou Règlement o été signalé dans une zone de leur ressort. Dans les 24 heures qui suivent, elles adressent notification de la zone infectée si elle n'a pas encore été communiquée.
