Registration
The registration desk located at the World Trade Centre Congress Centre, entrance 4, first floor, will be open as follows: − from Monday, 13 October, to Friday, 17 October, 08:00−18:00 − on Saturday, 18 October, 08:00 until closure of the session. Internet and wireless connection
Free WIFI is available in the Congress Centre. To use this WIFI connection, delegates should select the network cop6 and when required, type the password cop6fctc (case sensitive). The connection will remain active all day provided that you remain within range. Documents
The documents for the session can be downloaded from http://www.who.int/fctc. A limited number of paper copies will be available at the documentation desk in the conference centre. In an attempt to reduce printing costs and the carbon footprint of the session, delegates are kindly requested to bring with them documents previously printed. The only distribution of documents considered official is through the documentation desk of the Convention Secretariat. The Convention Secretariat regrets that it cannot dispatch documents home on behalf of participants at the conclusion of the session. Payment of per diem
Delegates entitled to payment of a per diem in connection with their participation in COP6, and whose travel has been arranged by the Secretariat should contact the per diem desk located at the World Trade Centre Congress Centre, entrance 4 (exact location will be provided by the Registration Desk or the Inquiry desk located on the first floor, entrance 4).
