اللجنة اإلقليمية لشـرق المتوسط الدورة الثالثة والستون البند ( 9ب) من جدول األعمال
جائزة دولة الكويت لمكافحة السرطان ،واألمراض القلبية الوعائية ،والسكري في إقليم شرق المتوسط كري يف .1أُنشئَت يف عام 2003مؤسسة جائزة دولة الكويت ملكافحة السرطان واألمراض القلبية الوعائية والس ّ قررت اللجنة اإلقليمية ،يف دورهتا الثانية والستني ،منح جائزة دولة الكويت يف جمال إقليم شرق املتوسط .وقد َّ األمراض القلبية الوعائية لعام 2015إىل األستاذة الدكتورة نزال سارافزاديغان (مجهورية إيران اإلسالمية) ،وذلك بناءً َّم اجلائزة أثناء الدورة الثالثة والستني للجنة اإلقليمية يف عام .2016 على توصية جلنة املؤسسة .وسوف تقد .2وجيري تكرمي األستاذة الدكتورة نزال سارافزاديغان تقديراً هلا على إسهاماهتا املتميِّزة يف جمال األمراض القلبية والوعائية .وقد خترجت الدكتورة سارافزاديغان يف جامعة أصفهان للعلوم الطبية عام ،1985وختصصت يف الطب الباطين عام .1990ويف عام ، 1993حصلت على درجة الزمالة يف األمراض القلبية من جامعيت طهران وأصفهان للعل وم الطبية .وللدكتورة سارافزاديغان تاريخ أكادميي حافل كأستاذ للطب يف جامعة أصفهان للعلوم الطبية .كما أهنا كز أصفهان للبحوث يف جمال األمراض القلبية الوعائية ،وهو أحد املراكز املتعاونة مع منظمة الصحة مدير ومؤسس مر العاملية للبحوث والتدريب يف جمال الوقاية من األمراض القلبية الوعائية ومكافحتها .والدكتورة سارافزاديغان حاصلة على عدد من اجلوائز على ما َّ حققته من إجنازات .وقامت الدكتورة سارافزاديغان بكتابة العديد من الورقات العلمية اليت نُشرت يف جمالت وطنية ودولية.

Award of the State of Kuwait Prize for the Control of Cancer, Cardiovascular Diseases and Diabetes in the Eastern Mediterranean Region 1. The Foundation of the State of Kuwait Prize for the Control of Cancer, Cardiovascular Diseases and Diabetes in the Eastern Mediterranean was established in 2003. Based on the recommendation of the Foundation Committee, the Regional Committee decided, at its 62nd session, to award the prize for 2015 to Dr Nizal Sarrafzadegan (Islamic Republic of Iran) in the area of cardiovascular diseases. The Prize will be presented to the laureate during the 63rd session of the Regional Committee, in 2016. 2. Professor Dr Nizal Sarrafzadegan is being honoured for her significant contribution in the field of cardiovascular diseases. Professor Sarrafzadegan graduated from Isfahan University of Medical Sciences in 1985 and obtained a specialty in internal medicine in 1990. In 1993 she received a fellowship in cardiology from Tehran University of Medical Sciences and Isfahan University of Medical Sciences. Professor Sarrafzadegan has had an extensive academic career as Professor of Medicine at Isfahan University of Medical Sciences. She is the Director and Founder of Isfahan Cardiovascular Research Center, a WHO collaborating centre for research and training in prevention and control of cardiovascular diseases. Professor Sarrafzadegan is the recipient of a number of awards for her achievements and she is the author of numerous scientific papers published in national and international journals.

Attribution du Prix de l’État du Koweït pour la lutte contre le Cancer, les Maladies cardio-vasculaires et le Diabète dans la Région de la Méditerranée orientale 1. Le Prix de la Fondation de l’État du Koweït pour la lutte contre le Cancer, les Maladies cardiovasculaires et le Diabète dans la Région de la Méditerranée orientale a été créé en 2003. Sur la base de la recommandation du Comité de la Fondation, le Comité régional, à sa soixante-deuxième session, a décidé de décerner le prix pour 2015 à Madame le Docteur Nizal Sarrafzadegan ( République Islamique d’Iran), dans le domaine des maladies cardio-vasculaires. Le Prix sera remis à la lauréate durant la soixante-troisième session du Comité régional en 2016. 2. Le Professeur Nizal Sarrafzadegan est honorée pour sa contribution significative dans le domaine des maladies cardio-vasculaires. Elle est diplômée de l’Université des sciences médicales d’Ispahan en 1985 et elle s’est spécialisée en médecine interne en 1990. En 1993, elle a obtenu une bourse de recherche en cardiologie de l’Université des sciences médicales de Téhéran et de l’Université des Sciences médicales d’Ispahan. Le Professeur Sarrafzadegan a longuement œuvré en tant que professeur de médecine à l’Université des Sciences médicales d’Ispahan. Elle est directrice et fondatrice du Centre de recherche cardio-vasculaire d’Ispahan, centre collaborateur de l’OMS pour la recherche et la formation en matière de prévention et de maîtrise des maladies cardio-vasculaires. Le Professeur Sarrafzadegan a obtenu plusieurs distinctions pour ses travaux ; elle est l’auteur de nombreux articles scientifiques publiés dans des revues nationales et internationales.
