<section xmlns="http://docs.oasis-open.org/legaldocml/ns/akn/3.0" eId="section-2"><num>2</num><heading>Short title and extent</heading><subsection eId="section-2-1"><num>(1)</num><content>This Act may be cited as the Housing Corporation (Delegation) <abbr title="et cetera" xml:lang="la">etc.</abbr> Act 2006.</content></subsection><subsection eId="section-2-2"><num>(2)</num><content>This Act extends to England and Wales and Scotland.</content></subsection></section>
