An Act to explain and amend an Act passed in the Thirty-fourth Year of the Reign of His present Majesty, intituled, An Act to enable the Lords Commissioners of His Majesty's Treasury to ascertain what Sum shall be paid into His Majesty's Exchequer, in full Satisfaction of the Debt due on the Mortgage made by the late John Gardner Kemeys Esquire, in Trust for the late Right Honourable Richard Rigby, in case it shall appear to the said Lords Commissioners that it will be necessary to resort to the mortgaged Premises, in order to recover the Balance due from the said Richard Rigby to His Majesty.
