An Act for the more effectually providing for the Punishment of Offences in wilfully casting away, burning or destroying Ships and Vessels; and for the more convenient Trial of Accessaries in Felonies; and for extending the Powers of an Act made in the Thirty third Year of the Reign of King Henry the Eighth, as far as relates to Murders, to Accessaries to Murders and to Manslaughters.
