An Act for giving Jurisdiction to Justices of the Peace to hear and determine Prosecutions for Penalties incurred by any Offence against the Laws relating to the Revenue of Customs; and also requiring all Goods, customable and not exciseable, seised by any Police or Peace Officer, to be brought to the Custom House Warehouse in London, within a certain Period.
