An Act to permit the Entry for Home Consumption of Sugar the Produce or Manufacture of Martinique, Mariegalante, Guaduloupe, Saint Eustatia, Saint Martin and Saba, at a lower Rate of Duty than is payable upon Sugar not of the British Plantations.
