An Act to permit the Entry into Ireland, for Home Consumption, of Sugar, the Produce or Manufacture of Martinique, Mariegalante, Guadaloupe, Saint Eustatia, Saint Martin and Saba, at a lower Rate of Duty than is payable upon Sugar not of the British Plantations.
