An Act to explain and amend the Acts for granting Duties on the Profits arising from Property, Prosessions, Trades and Offices, so far as extend to the due Assessment and Collection of the Duties for past Years; for confirming certain Abatements already made of the said Duties, and exempting Collectors' Bonds from the Stamp Duties.
