An Act to repeal the annual Excise Duties upon Malt, Tobacco and Snuff, continued by an Act of the present Session of Parliament, and to grant other Duties in lieu thereof, for the Service of the Year ending the Fifth Day of July One thousand eight hundred and twenty.
