An Act to allow the Importation of Lumber, and of Fish and Provisions, Duty-free, into the Islands of Barbadoes, Saint Vincent, and Saint Lucia; and to indemnify the Governors and others of those Islands for having permitted the Importation of those Articles Duty-free.
