Incest and Related Offences (Scotland) Act 1986 (repealed)

The enactments specified in Schedule 1 to this Act shall have effect subject to the amendments set out in that Schedule, being amendments consequential on the provisions of this Act.

The enactments specified in Schedule 2 to this Act are hereby repealed to the extent specified in the third column of that Schedule.

This Act may be cited as the Incest and Related Offences (Scotland) Act 1986.

This Act shall come into operation on such day as the Secretary of State may appoint by order made by statutory instrument.

An order made under subsection (2) above may contain such transitional provisions and savings as appear to the Secretary of State necessary or expedient in connection with the coming into operation of this Act.

This Act extends to Scotland only.
