Land Drainage Act 1994
Duties with respect to the environment.
After section 61 of the Land Drainage Act 1991 there shall be inserted—
Repeals.
Sections 12 and 13 of the Land Drainage Act 1991 (duties with respect to the environment and recreation) are hereby repealed.
Short title, commencement and extent.

This Act may be cited as the Land Drainage Act 1994.

This Act shall come into force at the end of the period of two months beginning with the day on which it is passed.

This Act extends to England and Wales only.
