Particulars in respect of religion may be required.

In the Schedule to the Census Act 1920 (matters in respect of which particulars may be required), after paragraph 5 there shall be inserted—

This Act may be cited as the Census (Amendment) Act 2000.

This Act extends to England and Wales only.
