Appropriation (No. 2) Act 2002 (repealed)

The Schedule to this Act sets out modifications of the limits set for the purposes of section 2 of the Government Resources and Accounts Act 2000 (c. 20) on the resources applicable, in accordance with that Act, as non-operating appropriations in aid for the year 2001-02.

The limits, as modified by the Schedule to this Act, shall be deemed to have been in force throughout the year 2001-02.

Subsection (2), so far as it relates to the reduction of a limit, does not affect the validity of any direction given by the Treasury under section 2 of the Government Resources and Accounts Act 2000 during the year 2001-02.

In this section “the year 2001-02” means the year that ended with 31st March 2002.
