Early Parliamentary General Election Act 2019 (repealed)

<subsection xmlns="http://docs.oasis-open.org/legaldocml/ns/akn/3.0" eId="section-1-1"><num>(1)</num><content><p>An early parliamentary general election is to take place on 12 December 2019 in consequence of the passing of this Act.</p></content></subsection>
<subsection xmlns="http://docs.oasis-open.org/legaldocml/ns/akn/3.0" eId="section-1-2"><num>(2)</num><content><p>That day is to be treated as a polling day appointed under section 2(7) of the Fixed-term Parliaments Act 2011.</p></content></subsection>
<subsection xmlns="http://docs.oasis-open.org/legaldocml/ns/akn/3.0" eId="section-1-3"><num>(3)</num><intro><p>This early parliamentary general election is to be treated as taking place in accordance with section 2 of that Act for the purposes of—</p></intro><level class="para1" eId="section-1-3-a">
