<subsection xmlns="http://docs.oasis-open.org/legaldocml/ns/akn/3.0" eId="section-1-1"><num>(1)</num><content>The Department may issue out of the Consolidated Fund and apply to the service of the year ending 31 March 2020 the sum of £5,306,684,000.</content></subsection>

<subsection xmlns="http://docs.oasis-open.org/legaldocml/ns/akn/3.0" eId="section-1-2"><num>(2)</num><content>That sum is appropriated for the purposes specified in Schedule 1.</content></subsection>

<subsection xmlns="http://docs.oasis-open.org/legaldocml/ns/akn/3.0" eId="section-2-1"><num>(1)</num><content>The Department may borrow on the credit of the sum specified in section 1<ref href="#section-1-1">(1)</ref> any sum or sums not exceeding in total £2,653,342,000.</content></subsectio

<subsection xmlns="http://docs.oasis-open.org/legaldocml/ns/akn/3.0" eId="section-3-2"><num>(2)</num><content>In that year, resources may be used by a person mentioned in that subsection for the purposes specified in relation to that person in column 1 of Schedule 2 up to the amounts specified in

<subsection xmlns="http://docs.oasis-open.org/legaldocml/ns/akn/3.0" eId="section-3-3"><num>(3)</num><intro>The persons are—</intro><level class="para1" eId="section-3-3-a"><num>(a)</num><content>the Northern Ireland departments;</content></level><level class="para1" eId="section-3-3-b

<level xmlns="http://docs.oasis-open.org/legaldocml/ns/akn/3.0" class="para1" eId="section-3-3-c"><num>(c)</num><content>the Northern Ireland Assembly Commission;</content></level>

<level xmlns="http://docs.oasis-open.org/legaldocml/ns/akn/3.0" class="para1" eId="section-3-3-d"><num>(d)</num><content>the Northern Ireland Audit Office;</content></level>

<level xmlns="http://docs.oasis-open.org/legaldocml/ns/akn/3.0" class="para1" eId="section-3-3-e"><num>(e)</num><content>the Northern Ireland Authority for Utility Regulation;</content></level>

<level xmlns="http://docs.oasis-open.org/legaldocml/ns/akn/3.0" class="para1" eId="section-3-3-f"><num>(f)</num><content>the Northern Ireland Public Services Ombudsman;</content></level>

<level xmlns="http://docs.oasis-open.org/legaldocml/ns/akn/3.0" class="para1" eId="section-3-3-g"><num>(g)</num><content>the Public Prosecution Service for Northern Ireland.</content></level>

<subsection xmlns="http://docs.oasis-open.org/legaldocml/ns/akn/3.0" eId="section-3-4"><num>(4)</num><content>In this section “resources” does not include accruing resources within the meaning of section 8(1) of the 2001 Act.</content></subsection>

<subsection xmlns="http://docs.oasis-open.org/legaldocml/ns/akn/3.0" eId="section-4-1"><num>(1)</num><content>For the purposes of section 8(1) of the 2001 Act, this section sets the relevant limits on the accruing resources that may be directed to be used for certain purposes in the year ending 3

<subsection xmlns="http://docs.oasis-open.org/legaldocml/ns/akn/3.0" eId="section-4-2"><num>(2)</num><content>In that year accruing resources not exceeding the amount specified in column 3 of Schedule 2 may be directed to be used for the purposes specified in the corresponding entries in column 1
