<subsection xmlns="http://docs.oasis-open.org/legaldocml/ns/akn/3.0" eId="section-9-1"><num>(1)</num><content><p>Subject to subsection (2), Part 1 comes into force on such day as the Secretary of State may by regulations made by statutory instrument appoint.</p></content></subsection>
