We also refer to your letter dated November 08, 2001, requesting an amendment to the Grant Agreement to: (i) replace the Activities set forth in sub-paragraphs (d) and (f) of paragraph 1.1 of the Annex to the Grant Agreement; and (ii) specify the amounts allocated to each component financed by proceeds of the Grant.
