Page 2 WHEREAS (A) pursuant to the loans (Loan No. 4632 TU and Loan No. 4633 TU) provided to the Borrower under the loan agreements, dated July 12, 2001, the Bank has provided assistance to the Borrower in support of the first phase of the Borrower
