Washington D.C. 20433 United States of America Re: Credit No.3564 KH Demobilization and Reintegration Project Environmental and Social Guidelines Dear Sirs: We refer to the Development Credit Agreement of even date herewith between the Kingdom of Cambodia (the Borrower) and the International Development Association (the Association) for the Demobilization and Reintegration Project (the Credit Agreement). Terms defined in the Credit Agreement shall have the same meaning when used in this letter. The Borrower and the Association hereby agree that the Borrower shall perform the obligations set forth in Section 3.01(a) of the Development Credit Agreement and paragraph III.1 of Schedule 4 in a manner consistent with the Environmental and Social Guidelines which are attached to this Letter. It is our understanding that, in making the Credit, the Association may rely on the statements set forth or referred to in this letter.
