WHEREAS (A) the Borrower, having satisfied itself as to the feasibility and priority of the project described in Schedule 2 to this Agreement (the Project), has requested the Bank to assist in the financing of the Project; (B) Part D of the Project will be carried out by the Borrower through the Uzbek Agency for Automobile and River Transport and Parts A, B, C and E of the Project will be carried out by Uzavtotrans (as defined in Section 1.02 of this Agreement) with the Borrower
