One copy of the General Conditions Applicable to Loan and Guarantee Agreements for Single Currency Loans dated May 30, 1995 (as amended through December 2, 1997). 4. One copy of the Guidelines for Procurement under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits, dated January 1995 and revised in January and August 1996 and in September 1997. 5. One copy of the Guidelines for Selection and Employment of Consultants by World Bank Borrowers, dated January 1997 and revised in September 1997.
