I also refer to the letter dated November 12, 2001 from the Deputy Director-General, International Department, Ministry of Finance, on behalf of the Borrower, requesting that certain amendments be made to the Development Credit Agreement . 2and . I am pleased to inform you that the Association concurs with the Borrower's proposal hereby agrees to amend the Development Credit Agreement as hereinafter provided . 3Development .
