For purposes of Section 3.01 (b) of the Loan Agreement, and Section II. F.1. of Schedule 5 thereto, the Borrower shall ensure that the Project Entities (as such term is defined in the Loan Agreement) shall monitor and evaluate the carrying out of the Project in accordance with the indicators set forth in the annex to this Letter.
