Washington, D.C. 20433 Re: ARGENTINA: Loan 4313-AR (Third Secondary Education Project - Province of Buenos Aires) Minitoring Idicators; Project Execution Please refer to the Loan Agreement (Third Secondary Education Project - Province of Buenos Aires) between the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank) and the Province of Buenos Aires (the Borrower) of even date herewith (the Loan Agreement) and the Guarantee Agreement (Third Secondary Education Project - Province of Buenos Aires) between the Argentine Republic (the Guarantor) and the Bank of even date herewith (the Guarantee Agreement). Whenever used in this letter, the several terms defined in the Loan Agreement and the Guarantee Agreement have the respective meanings therein set forth. With respect to Section 1.02 (f) of the Loan Agreement, please find in Annex A hereto the Monitoring Indicators. The Bank’s Project Appraisal Document correctly sets forth our mutual understanding with respect to the more detailed aspects of Project execution. Except as the Bank and the Borrower may otherwise agree, and without limitation upon the provisions of the Loan Agreement, the Borrower will carry out the Project in accordance with such provisions of the Project Appraisal Document. Please confirm your agreement with the foregoing and with Annex A by signing this letter in the space provide below.
