One signed copy of the Project Agreement of even date herewith between the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development, Hokimiyat of Tashkent and SPETSTRANS. 2. One certified conformed copy of the Loan Agreement of even date herewith between the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Bank. 3. One conformed copy of the Supplemental Letter 2 re: Performance Monitoring Indicators. 4. One copy of the General Conditions Applicable to Loan and Guarantee Agreements for Single Currency Loans of the Bank, dated May 30, 1995, as amended through December 2, 1997. 5. One copy each of the Guidelines for Procurement under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits, dated January 1995, and revised in January and August 1996, and September 1997, and the Guidelines for Selection and Employment of Consultants by World Bank Borrowers dated January 1997, and revised in September, 1997. Pursuant to the provision of Section 6.03 of the Loan Agreement, January 16, 1999, is the terminal date for effectiveness of the Loan and Project Agreements.
